Our Rook sensors are the connection between your body and your screen; They are a specialized tool that until now only high performance athletes used, but now it is available to everyone.

 

Monitoring your heart rate allows you to train by intensity zones, this way you can set specific goals based on your personal metrics, making them more effective for your case. This way you will have the certainty that you are doing the correct workouts at the right level of effort, regardless of whether you are in a group class at a gym or taking training online.
